Run the close command center.

The command center should answer the questions that usually create status meetings: what is open, blocked, late, waiting for review, and overloaded.

Daily close signals

• Active tasks show the live body of open close work.
• Blocked tasks show incomplete prerequisites or dependency issues.
• Overdue work needs reassignment, escalation, or timing decisions.
• Review queue backlog shows where handoffs are slowing down.
• Recurring task health shows configuration issues before the next cycle rolls forward.
